• Provides leadership for the division of student affairs, including the Dean of Students office, Student Involvement, Residence Life, Dining Services, Esports, Campus Safety, Counseling and Consultation Services, Arnold Health Services and the Hart Career Center.
• Advocates for the student experience with campus constituents, the President's leadership team, and the Board of Trustees.
• Supports campus initiatives for student success, inclusive community, health and well-being, and college outcomes.
• Direct reports include:  Dean of Students for Campus Life, Director of Campus Safety, Director of the Hart Career Center, Director of Counseling and Consultation Services, and Arnold Health Center staff.

• Plans and implements all Orientation Programs such as Rising Titan and Turning Titan.
• Coordinates enterprise-wide Student Success Initiatives such as Titan Student Emergency Fund, Swipe Out Hunger, and Student of Concern Reports.
• Serves as the Deputy Title IX Coordinator, assisting with all Sexual Misconduct and Pregnancy/Parenting concerns involving IWU students.
• Advises the Senior Class Committee and liaises with the Office of Advancement.
• Direct reports include:  Director of Esports, Director of Residential Life, Director of Student Involvement, and Orientation Coordinator.
