Did you forget your password? Unsure of how to change your password? ITS Service Desk can help you reset your password!

Password-reset

Students who need ITS to reset their password can go to the ITS Service Desk, third floor of The Ames Library. Staff members will be happy to help reset your Password.
Students will be required to show their Student ID or Driver's License for confirmation of their identify,
After your password has been reset, the ITS Service Desk Staff will allow you to test your new password to ensure that it is working properly.
