GET Mobile App Guide

GET Mobile allows students to manage their campus card account from a mobile device or web browser. Students can use GET Mobile to add Munch Money, update their ID photo, and report a card as lost.

How do I get started with GET Mobile?

• Download the GET Mobile app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

• You can also access GET Mobile online at get.cbord.com.

• Search for “Illinois Wesleyan University” under institutions.

• Sign in using your IWU credentials.

How do I add funds to my account?

• Select "Accounts" at the bottom of the screen.

• Select "Add Funds."

• Choose your payment method, account, and amount.

• Follow the prompts to complete the transaction.

How do I update my ID photo?

• Select "Settings" at the bottom of the screen.

• Select "Update Photo."

• Take or choose a photo that follows the guidelines shown at the top of the screen.

• Submit the photo for review.

Please allow time for your photo to be reviewed.

How do I report my card as lost?

• Select "Settings" at the bottom of the screen.

• Select "Report Card as Lost."

• Select the blue report button at the bottom of the screen.
