Login or Password Issues

If you know your password and need to change it, visit https://passchange.iwu.edu

If you are not able to log in to our campus services or have forgotten your password please email us at it@iwu.edu or call 309-556-3900.

Please include the following information in your email or phone call:

  • Your name or NetID
  • Non-IWU email contact
  • Phone contact
  • A description of your problem

 

 

 

All Other Issues

If you are able to log in to campus services please submit a request using the Service Desk Plus Portal.

You may also email us at it@iwu.edu if this is more convenient.

Call us at 309-556-3900 during normal working hours to talk with someone right away.

Please make sure to include the following information, no matter what method you choose to contact us with:

  • 2 forms of contact information. If you have another email address other than your @iwu.edu, please include this. Also, include a phone number.
  • A detailed description of your problem.

 

ITS Service Desk New Location

You may also choose to get help in person. The new Service Desk is ready to help you in the basement of the Ames Library just outside room 070. IWU students & staff are able to reset your passwords in person as long as you bring an IWU ID or drivers license to verify your identity.
