Bio

Tamara Paul Reeff is an accomplished attorney and business leader with extensive experience in estate planning, privacy law, healthcare administration, and federal- and state-funded contracts. She is the founder of a specialized law practice focused exclusively on estate planning, guiding clients through revocable and irrevocable wills and trust-based plans with tailored solutions to meet individual needs.

Professor Paul Reeff has directed multi-million-dollar health services contracts, overseeing teams of up to 3,000 staff and ensuring compliance with HIPAA, federal civil rights laws, and privacy regulations. She has led complex contract transitions, turnaround initiatives, and standardization efforts across large-scale projects, advising executive leadership on strategic and operational improvements.

In addition, she has defended hospitals, physicians, and dentists in medical malpractice and civil rights litigation, and has litigated child protective cases while mentoring junior attorneys.

She is an active member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), Privacy Bar Section, and is recognized for her ability to combine legal expertise with operational leadership to deliver impactful solutions for clients and organizations.
