JMJ Community
The Josephine Mabel Jackson, or JMJ, Community was created by Jessica Flores '22 and Marlyn Sanchez '21 in the fall of 2019.
Our living-learning communities are strong contributors to student success and belonging. The JMJ community has been filled for 2025-26. In coming months, we will continue to review our living-learning housing program to support best practices and universal design principles, and to ensure that themed housing options are maximizing learning opportunities for all students. Any recommendations from this review will affect the 2026-27 academic year.
