Ways to Give

Any and all gifts made to Illinois Wesleyan are greatly appreciated. There are many different ways you can make your gift, see below to determine the method that works best for you.

Setting up monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, or annually recurring credit card gifts is simple and easy! While on our secure online giving form  - Under the "Gift Payment" section, check the box that reads "Make this a recurring payment" and follow the prompts. 

Companies across the nation support causes that are important to their employees by matching charitable contributions. This means you can increase your impact and make your contributions go further at Illinois Wesleyan University by collaborating with your company’s matching gift program.

Make gifts in memory of or in honor of someone dear to IWU and yourself is very welcome. While on our secure online giving form  - Under the "Made in Recognition of Someone" section, check check the appropriate boxes and identify the name of the individual.  Read more here . 

Stocks or securities may provide great tax benefits to the donor, especially if the stock is highly appreciated.In order to receive the maximum tax benefit from a gift of appreciated stock, it is important that the donor not sell it and give the funds generated from the sale to the University.
