Estate Note
(Deferred Gift Agreement)

This irrevocable pledge form is a legally binding claim against the donor’s estate. The donor provides the University with a designated sum or a specified percentage of his or her estate at death.

The donor has the option to reduce the estate note with lifetime gifts or with some other irrevocable deferred gifts arrangement.
