Nutrition Minor
The Nutrition Minor consists of a minimum of six courses, including:
Required courses
- HLTH 230 Human Nutrition (LSI)
- HLTH 260 Nutrition Through the Lifecycle
- HLTH/HUM 273/373 Food, Culture and Society (CHC, G/CHC, G, WI)
At least one course unit from the following:
- HLTH 101 Introduction to Public Health (LSI, U)
- HLTH 240 Health Promotion and Health Education (AV)
- HLTH 300 Achieving Wellness
Two courses from the following:
