Education

Franks earned his bachelor’s degree in education at the University of Central Oklahoma, his master’s degree in adult education from Kansas State University, and his doctorate in higher education at the University of Southern Mississippi.

Background 

As the Executive Director of Organizational Engagement, Franks supports key functions in university operations and advancement.

With more than two decades of experience in higher ed, Franks previously served as the director for university relations at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.  He has served various roles in athletics administration, recruiting and coaching, at programs including the University of Southern Mississippi, Troy University, University of Kentucky, University of Florida, University of Arkansas, and Kansas State University.
