Schedule, Reschedule, or Cancel Individual Appointments
To schedule, reschedule, or cancel a counseling appointment, simply call 3052 on campus
or (309) 556-3052 from off campus.
If you call during weekdays, between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm and 4:30pm,
someone will take your request. If they are unable to answer, please feel free to
leave a message with your name, phone number, and reason for your call and someone
will get back to you.
Please indicate at the time of the call if this is an immediate CRISIS situation.
If it is a CRISIS, someone from Counseling and Consultation Services will call you
back.
If this is not a CRISIS, someone from Counseling and Consultation Services will email
you back to obtain the following information for scheduling:
- Do you prefer a male or female counselor?
- What days of the week and times of day are best for you?
Please let us know what would be good times to reach you and whether it is OK to leave
a message on your voice mail.
