On-Campus and U.S. Mail

Titan Print & Mail provides one delivery/pickup per department per day beginning at 9AM with the exception of CNS, Holmes Hall and The Ames Library. At this time print jobs and campus mail/packages are delivered, and outgoing campus mail/packages are collected. Any small packages needing to be shipped can simply be left with the outgoing mail with a shipping declaration form attached. Large palletized items and items over 75 lbs. will continue to be handled by the Physical Plant. Titan Print & Mail cannot pick up items with QR code shipping labels.

Standard letters collected on the route without a stamp will be sent out through presort first class and mailed out at 2:00 PM daily.

Campus mail: Label mail with the staff/faculty's name, department and building. Titan Print & Mail will need a student’s full name and the department’s name to place mail in the student's mailbox.

Packages: Attach the shipping declaration form. This form should be filled out when there is mail that needs labels/tracking numbers. A receipt with the tracking number will be delivered to you the next day or can be emailed if requested.

Bulk Mail

For bulk mail pricing Titan Print & Mail needs to receive the mailing list before addresses are added to mailing pieces. Envelopes need to be sprayed before stuffing.  Minimum piece quantity needed for this service is 200 pieces. A minimum of 100 addresses are needed for address correction without Bulk Mailing Rate. Please allow a minimum of two days to process bulk mail. Time frame may change depending on the number of pieces.

  • Email the mailing list as an excel file with billing information (index and account code) to titanmail@iwu.edu . Specify the mailing pieces that need to be sprayed with addresses.
    • Do the pieces need to be picked up by TPM from the department? Are the pieces being dropped off by an outside vendor? Or is there a DSF order #?
  • Mailing list should be in zip code order.
  • Remove any incomplete addresses and unnecessary data.
  • Address Line, City, State, Zip Code should be all in separate columns.
  • There can be a column for a full name or first and last name can each have their own column.
    • Specify how you would like the name to look on the address block. If you would like the spouse's name to appear on the address block the person’s full name should be in one column. Make a note if you would like the person’s graduating year to appear in the address block.
