COVID-19 Employee Guidelines

COVID Protocol Fall 2023

As COVID evolves, we want to assure you that your health and safety remain a top priority. In accordance with the latest CDC guidelines, we will continue to adhere to the established COVID-19 protocols for isolation in case of a positive test result, whether it's from a formal lab test or a test conducted at home.

If you test positive for COVID:

  • Isolate for a total of 5 days, with day 1 being the first full day after you first develop symptoms. If you have no symptoms, day 1 is the first full day after the day you tested positive.
  • You can return to campus on day 6 if you have been fever-free for at least 24 hours without using any fever-reducing medications and your other symptoms have improved.
  • Day 6 to day 10, you are required to wear a mask when you are with others. You can also discuss the possibility of working from home temporarily with your supervisor during the isolation period, if your work can be performed remotely.

COVID-19 vaccination is recommended for everyone ages 6 months and older in the United States for the prevention of COVID-19. We appreciate your ongoing cooperation and dedication to ensuring the safety of our campus.
