AFLV Central

AFLV Central stands for the Association of Fraternal Leadership & Values, and it hosts an annual conference that serves as a premier leadership development experience for fraternity and sorority members from across the nation. This conference brings together thousands of passionate leaders, providing them with a platform to engage in thought-provoking discussions, attend educational sessions, and network with like-minded individuals.


Council Officer Transitions

Council officer transitions focus on the smooth transition of leadership within the Interfraternity Council and Panhellenic Council. This program is designed for outgoing and incoming council officers, ensuring a seamless transfer of knowledge, responsibilities, and institutional memory. Through workshops, mentoring, and resource sharing, participants gain insights into effective leadership practices, goal setting, strategic planning, and building collaborative relationships. Council officer transitions foster continuity and stability within the councils, enabling them to better serve and advocate for their member organizations.


Leadership Summit

The Leadership Summit is a program designed to empower fraternity and sorority members with the necessary skills and knowledge to become effective leaders within their chapters and the broader community. This event brings together passionate leaders from all chapters to engage in interactive workshops, dynamic presentations, and meaningful discussions. The Leadership Summit covers a wide range of topics such as communication, team building, goal setting, ethical leadership, and more. It provides participants with the tools and strategies needed to excel in their roles and contribute to the success of their chapters.
