Kate Rybakova

Kate graduated from Illinois State University in 2019 with a Master of Arts in Communication. She also holds a BA degree in International Journalism from Moscow State Linguistic University. While at ISU, Kate was actively involved with the Bloomington-Normal international community, facilitating special programs to help international students adjust to American college life. Kate's passion and research areas include diversity and inclusion, social justice, mental health advocacy, and international media analysis. In her free time Kate enjoys spending time with her husband, friends and fur babies, doing yoga and Pilates, and traveling.
