Leadership

The Office of Student Involvement facilitates leadership experiences that offer students the opportunity to learn and develop leadership skills and identify their leadership style and strengths.  The Office of Student Involvement serves as a hub for campus-wide leadership opportunities and can help students discover the opportunity that might best fit their needs or skill sets.

The Do Good Leadership Program

The Do Good Leadership Program will be open to incoming first year students looking to network with other campus leaders to develop as an individual. The program aims to help first years identify personal strengths and leadership styles in order to encourage them to seek out and be prepared to take on leadership roles early on in the college experience. The program is four weeks in length and will begin in October 2023. This experience provides first year students a chance to get acclimated to campus and feel comfortable with getting involved on campus and in the community. Registration will open at the beginning of the semester. Staff and faculty are asked to nominate students for this program, but students can also apply to it themselves.
