Student Programming Crew Wins Honors

BLOOMINGTON, Ill.— The programmers and crew of Illinois Wesleyan’s Office of Student
Activities have reason to celebrate: this November, they won the Programming Organization
of the Year award for a small budget program at the National Association for Campus
Activities Mid America Regional Conference.
The annual conference was held from November 7 to 10 in Peoria. This award, which
recognizes the most outstanding programming board in the region, marks the second,
consecutive first-place prize for the team. Criteria for the distinction included
effective use of resources, creativity and campus support.
Seniors Terrence Hood and Brianna Sarikcioglu, juniors Elise April, Amy DeBoer, Bailee
Dunlap, Colin Rathe, Maddie Savin, Sneha Subramanian and Ateh Tetteh, sophomore Delana
Olaosebikan and first-years Laurel Jiang, Yemaya Jennings and Jennifer Sieben constitute
the student programmers and crew.
