Annual Tongue and Ink Conference to be Held

BLOOMINGTON, Ill. – The annual Tongue and Ink Undergraduate Writing Conference will
be held on Friday, Feb. 25 and Saturday, Feb. 26 in the Center for Natural Science
Learning and Research (201 E. Beecher St., Bloomington) with Friday’s events beginning
at 4 p.m. and Saturday’s at 9:30 a.m.
Cosponsored by Illinois Wesleyan’s creative arts journal, Tributaries, and Illinois State University’s creative arts journal, Euphemism, the event will feature keynote readings and master classes given by the father of
the slam poetry movement, Marc Smith, as well as poet Seth Abramson and author Laura
van der Berg.
