Jack’s Mannequin to Perform in Shirk Center

BLOOMINGTON, Ill. – Piano rock band Jack’s Mannequin will perform a concert at the Illinois Wesleyan University Shirk Center (302 E. Emerson) on Friday, April 18 at 7 p.m.  The bands Ha Ha Tonka and Company of Thieves will open the show.

Sponsored by the Illinois Wesleyan Student Senate Events Committee, the concert is free for current Illinois Wesleyan students, faculty and staff.  Tickets are available to the public at a cost of $12 and may be requested through Ticketmaster. 

Something Corporate front-man Andrew McMahon started Jack’s Mannequin as a side project and has since recorded two albums as lead vocalist, pianist and songwriter for the band.
