Titan Film Series to Present Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End

BLOOMINGTON, Ill. – The Illinois Wesleyan Office of Student Activities will present the early summer blockbuster Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End on Friday, Sept. 21. The film, free and open to the public, will be shown at 8 p.m. at the Hansen Student Center (300 Beecher St. Bloomington).

At World’s End, stars Johnny Depp, Orlando Bloom, Keira Knightley, and Chow Yun-Fat.  Gore Verbinski returns to direct the third movie in the Pirates of the Caribbean series. 

In yet another adventure, Will Turner (Bloom), and Elizabeth Swann (Knightley) form an alliance with Captain Barbossa (Geoffrey Rush) to sail to the end of the earth in order to free Captain Jack Sparrow (Depp) from his prison in Davy Jones’ locker. Meanwhile, the ghost ship, the flying dutchman, and Davy Jones, are under control of the East India Trading Company, causing chaos over the Seven Seas.
