Denzel Washington Thriller to Play in Hansen

BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - The IWU Office of Student Activities will present the thriller movie Dj Vu on Friday, Jan. 26 at 8 p.m. and 11 p.m. in the Hansen Student Center (300 Beecher St., Bloomington).

The event is free and open to the public.

After a New Orleans ferry carrying over 500 people explodes on the day of Mardi Gras, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms agent Doug Carlin (Denzel Washington) is sent to investigate the crime.  At the crime scene, an FBI agent (Val Kilmer) asks Carlin to join a special teams unit that uses satellite technology that allows investigators to look over four days into the past.  While using the new satellite technology, Carlin sees its ability to travel into the past, discovering that the phenomenon known as "dj vu" is not just a feeling, but a reality.    

This film is rated PG-13.
