BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - Julie A. Clarin of Clarendon Hills, Ill., a senior business administration major, will be named Illinois Wesleyan University's Outstanding Marketing Student by the St. Louis Chapter of the American Marketing Association (AMA) during its annual conference Feb. 23.

Outstanding marketing students are chosen by faculty at schools with AMA chapters.  Clarin was chosen on the basis of her academic record, previous marketing-related experience and faculty recommendations.

Last summer, Clarin worked as a business and product development intern at Zurich Service Corporation, an insurance-based financial services provider.  After graduation, she hopes to focus on marketing and management in her career.
