Student Employment

Student Employment is a great way to help pay for college.

Each academic year, students who qualify for Federal Work-Study are identified as having a job need by the results of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).  This need-based aid makes a student eligible for a work-study job opportunity. The Financial Aid Office determines the amount the student may earn.

While the majority of available positions are reserved for work-study eligible students, there are student employment job opportunities on campus for students not eligible for the work-study program.

The Student Employment Program is one of the many services provided by the Financial Aid Office, located in the lower level of Holmes Hall.  If you have any questions regarding student employment, please contact the Student Employment Program Coordinator in the Financial Aid Office at (309) 556-3299.
