Schedule Your First Appointment
Instructions for Online Scheduling
Our online scheduling system is only available for first time appointments for the current academic year. If you are a current client or have been previously seen by a counselor during that time please call CCS at 309-556-3052 or email us at counselingservices@iwu.edu to schedule an appointment.
Our online scheduling system does not have the capacity to email you a confirmation that your appointment has been made. Please make sure to note the date and time of the appointment you selected. If you do not see any available appointments, please either call us at the number below or try to schedule again tomorrow morning. New intake appointments become available each day. You must arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of your appointment time to complete necessary paperwork for your first appointment. Take this into account when selecting your appointment. Failure to complete paperwork before your appointment can result in your appointment being delayed or being rescheduled for a different date and time.
The counseling center is located at Lower Magill Hall. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment or are having difficulty with the online scheduling system, please call CCS at 309-556-3052.
