Education
Becky Altic earned her B.S.N from Mennonite College of Nursing in 1993 and a Certificate in Simulation from the University of Southern Indiana in 2014.
Biography
Before coming to Illinois Wesleyan University, Ms. Altic was the Quality Assurance Coordinator for McLean County Area EMS System. The majority of her professional career was spent at BroMenn Regional Medical Center as a Mother Baby Unit staff nurse and charge nurse, as the Simulation Coordinator in Clinical Education, and as Manager of Major Gifts in Foundation. Ms. Altic served as the Project RN for Expanding Teaching Nursing Home project at Illinois State University. Ms. Altic initially practiced in critical care and open heart surgery at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center. She became a Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator in 2015.

Ms. Altic is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, and the International Nursing Association for Clinical Simulation and Learning.
