Making Internal Reservations

New 25Live Users

In order to make an internal reservation of a space on campus you must first have a 25Live account.  Obtaining one is easy!  Simply compete the link below which will go to Courtney Turnbull.

Any Illinois Wesleyan University Faculty, Staff, or Student wishing to reserve a space on campus for personal use should visit our Conference Services webpage and not put in a 25Live request.  The Non-Profit/Affiliated rates for use will be charged.

Faculty/Staff:

Faculty and Staff may reserve spaces and resources on campus for IWU-sponsored meetings and events.

Students:

Spaces and resources can only be reserved by students that are a designated representative of a Registered Student Organization (RSO).
