In April, Xi Chapter celebrated its 100th anniversary with Alpha Gamma Delta. Returning alums included Carol (Coons) Hayner ’66, Margie (Tribble) Nickels ’69, Jody (Wolfgang) Hostetler ’67, Darlene (Jenks) Frederick ’67, Julie (Raber) Kemp ’67, Ginger (Basket) Samara ’65 and Karen (Gerhart) Durkin ’65.

Evanston, Ill.-based Light Opera Works honored Jim Harms ’67 (left) in April for his distinguished theatre career, which includes many Light Opera Works roles. Opera board member Trudene (Rippe) Westerman ’68 (far right) attended. Emeritus Professor of IWU’s School of Theatre Arts John Ficca (center) was a special guest. Jim won national and international acclaim, including eight Jeff Awards, given to acknowledge excellence in Chicago theatre.
