Executive Director of Organizational Engagement
The Executive Director of Organizational Engagement serves as a visible and collaborative campus leader, advancing the mission of the University through strategic partnerships, special projects and meaningful engagement of students, faculty, staff, alumni and external partners. A member of the University's Leadership Cabinet, this position advises the President on initiatives that strengthen institutional visibility, engagement and advancement priorities. Responsibilities:
- Special Projects: Advancement and President’s Office; lead special projects and operational requests from the President’s Office; partner
with colleagues in Advancement to support fundraising strategies and initiatives;
play a key role in supporting the Capital Campaign through strategic engagement, outreach
and visibility efforts; serve as the Special Project Advancement liaison to Athletics
and Admissions.
- Strategic Leadership and Engagement; provide leadership for Advancement-related special projects, ensuring alignment with
University goals and mission; lead initiatives that strengthen organizational engagement
across campus, ensuring meaningful connections between Advancement and internal/external
constituencies; support student, faculty and staff engagement by fostering a culture
of mentorship, collaboration and recognition; act as a highly visible representative
of Advancement at University and community events.
- Mentorship and Organizational Development; mentor students, faculty and staff, fostering personal and professional growth that aligns with the University's values and goals; support University student and employee retention efforts; other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree required
- Minimum of five years’ related experience

This is a full-time, on-campus position. Monday through Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm. Occasional nights, weekends, and travel required.
The final candidate will pass a pre-employment background investigation.
