Assistant Professor of Business/Marketing 3 (Tenure Track)
The Department of Business Administration at Illinois Wesleyan University (IWU) invites
applications for a new tenure-track position at the rank of assistant professor. Employment
will begin August 2024. The department seeks a faculty member who can teach a variety
of marketing classes. Along with introductory level marketing, we are especially interested
in candidates who can teach courses in the following areas:
Consumer Behavior
Social Media Communications
Marketing Channels
Sales Management
Entrepreneurship.
In addition to teaching, this position requires mentoring business students, participating
in university service, assisting with curriculum management, and engaging in appropriate
scholarship.
Candidates must have graduated from a regionally accredited institution. Applicants
are expected to have earned a PhD or DBA in a business-related field by August 1,
2024.
