Visiting Assistant Professor of Physics for Spring 2021


The Physics Department of Illinois Wesleyan University (IWU) is seeking to fill a one-semester Visiting Assistant Professorship beginning in January 2021.  We seek candidates with enthusiasm for undergraduate teaching in a liberal arts environment and a commitment to creative instruction in a variety of settings, including both lecture and laboratory. The successful candidates should be able to teach physics effectively at all levels of the undergraduate curriculum. The successful applicant will teach a total of 3 courses including introductory physics courses and their lab sections. They may also teach intermediate or advanced courses.
