Enrollment Deposit
Congratulations on your decision to attend Illinois Wesleyan University! To confirm your intention to enroll, you will need to submit the $250 non-refundable matriculation fee. Once your enrollment deposit is received, you will receive further information regarding housing, orientation, and course registration.
Deposit Payment Options
An Enrollment Decision Card and business reply envelope were included in your acceptance packet. You may either send a check with the Enrollment Decision Card by regular mail or simply submit the enrollment deposit on-line.
On-line options include credit card (American Express, Discover or Master Card)1 or having your savings or checking account debited with an ACH (automatic clearing house)2 payment. To do so, you will need to include the student name and IWU ID number. The IWU ID number can be found on the Enrollment Decision Card included in the acceptance packet. The ID, a nine-digit number that begins with "9," is located in the lower right hand corner of the card.
If you cannot locate your card or ID number, simply call the Admissions Office at 800-332-2498 or send an email to iwuadmit@iwu.edu.
