- Stairs and an elevator are accessible from the main rotunda, straight ahead when you enter the building. Proceed down one floor. The Beckman Auditorium entrance is at the south end of the lower rotunda.

- The Joslin Atrium has a direct entrance from the Eckley Quadrangle, via the grand staircase at the west end of the quad. There is also an interior entrance; the Atrium is at the east end of the Young Main Lounge.

- There are two main entrances to the E. Melba Johnson Kirkpatrick Laboratory Theatre: an exterior entrance on the west side and one from inside the Music Building. Advance tickets are required to see most shows.
