What is BEST?

The Bias Educational Support Team (BEST) is here to support and educate the campus community on the impact of bias. BEST receives bias incidents reports, and follows up with documentation and investigation, allowing the University to monitor and evaluate the campus climate on an ongoing basis. The team works closely with students to explore informal resolution options and assists the University Dean of Students in recording and reporting incidents impacting students. BEST aids students in determining if any laws or University policies have been violated and directs them to additional resources for further assistance.
