Summer Music Camps

The School of Music offers a number of summer music camps to young musicians, in high school and junior high, who wish to participate in intensive musical training including the annual Cello Camp and Chamber Music Camp.

Summer Music Composition Institute/Camp

The Summer Composition Institute/Camp is intended for high school students, including graduating seniors, who are interested in composing music. The only prerequisite is a reading knowledge of music notation.

Community string players are encouraged to inquire about becoming a part of the Illinois Wesleyan Civic Orchestra in its service to the Bloomington/Normal community.
