·        I strongly believe this program is an excellent way to teach high school students about business accounting and college.  There was a great combination of the different activities we did.  I really enjoyed touring Caterpillar and State Farm and see how big companies like that work.  I wouldn’t change anything from the program because I enjoyed it just the way it was.

·        The ALOT program provided excellent information for me to succeed as a future accountant.  The program has provided a lot for me.  I feel the ALOT program doesn’t need any other suggestion to help improve the program because it succeed everything for me.  Just keep doing what you doing.

·        I really think this program was a brilliant idea.  I never knew that I would consider majoring in the accounting field.  But I also am very pleased with the treatment we received while here.  I think this program should continue on for many more years!  It was really educational and really fun.

·        My experience was lovely.  I had my doubts about coming, but this was truly a great experience being able to talk and experience accounting, finance, college life, and going and working with State Farm, Cat, and PWC.  I would love to come back next year and I hope Professor Olson will invite me back. 

·        It was a great experience on campus and how college life is like.  The classes to me were interesting, and I know it will be helpful in the future.  

·        I am really happy that I participated in this program.  I had a lot of fun with just about every activity, the dorms were great, the food was too, but I really loved getting a chance to meet new people.  I would most definitely recommend this program for anyone.

·        I was highly pleased with the program overall.  I found the food to be delicious with a lot of variety and flavor.  The dorms were spectacular especially compared to other dorm rooms.  I definitely enjoyed the freedom we had, we didn’t have to go to sleep at a certain time, be in our rooms, or have an escort to class, everything was on us to get to where we had to go.  Most of all, I learned a lot.

·        The living conditions were great.  My room was comfortable and also well air-conditioned.  I liked the program as a whole because it gave me insight on things that I was not familiar with.  Before the program, I believe that Accounting would not be a good career choice because I thought it was boring and believed all they did was record journal entries and transactions.  I soon learned that I was wrong and now am very interested in becoming an Accountant.  For future ALOT programs I would suggest that the Accountant speakers elaborate more and show what their complete job is.

·        It was an excellent program.  I came into it thinking accounting was not exciting, but I have learned it is very interesting.  I am seriously considering Accounting as my future major and IWU as my future school.  THANK YOU PROF. OLSON! 

·        The ALOT program has been beneficial in many ways.  The experience and guidance that was provided is wonderful and I am truly grateful for this opportunity.  Excellent Experience!!!!

·        The program was great, I’m real happy that I came.  I learned a lot (no pun intended) about accounting and business, got to have fun, and am taking home some new friends.  This was a great experience.

·        I loved this program.  Each day was packed and I’ve learned a lot here. 

·        I like the fact that they got students from many different places.  I made many new friends from this program.  I also learned much more about accounting. 

·        ALOT was definitely an amazing experience because it provided me with hand on experience.  I met a group of fascinating people, who came from different backgrounds.  Being able to have an opportunity to live in dorms prepares us for the responsibility we withheld.  It was awesome!  Professor Olson was very generous and caring, and he has been such a wonderful blessing.  I would hope to see this program continue and prosper.

      To me it was a awesome experience, and got to interact with people I don’t know.  Made close friends, and got to know many important people in university, caterpillar, and state farm, places.  Next program should be more organize and on time and just the same as this, it was fun, and Professor Olson you’re a cool man and a awesome teacher to get to know.

·        As a whole, the ALOT experience was very educational, diverse, and enjoyable.  Not only were you able to make decisions dealing with accounting and learning, but you were able to meet new people of different backgrounds and cultures and you were able to bond. 

·        My experience with ALOT was very great!  I learned a lot thanks to the many different activities.  I am grateful for the exposure to great companies like Caterpillar, State Farm, and PWC offered to us.  I wish we could have extended it for one more week!  Thanks a million for the experience!

·        I am still so amazed at the myriad of opportunities, of activities and lectures, that we were engaged in and took advantage of.  This was one of the most amazing experiences of my life—life on campus for the first time, delicious food and incredible hospitality, wonderful and professional speakers and incredible facilities and professors!  I am so grateful and thankful to everyone who contributed.  I will never regret coming here!  And all of this was FREE! 

·        The ALOT program was a good learning experience and I love the opportunity of living on the campus and be able to experience college life.  This aspect of the program should definitely be continued.  The ALOT program teaches a lot about the way a person should act like the right and wrong choices. 

·        I loved this program—I learned a whole lot about accounting but at the same time had a lot of fun and met a lot of new friends.
