His IWU teams have won 7 CCIW Championships in the last 23 years - Final 8 in NCAA Division III in 1992, 1996 - Final 16 in NCAA Division III in 2009.

Co-Director: Paul Alexander, Assistant  Head Coach and Offensive Line Coach for the Cincinnati Bengals and one of the top line coaches in the country - Offensive line coach at Central Michigan for 6 years - Asst. offensive line coach at Penn State Univ. for 3 years. Played offensive tackle at Cortland State -  Academic All-American.
