Add Your Work to the JWPRC Online Archive

Students presenting at the JWPRC are invited to add their papers, presentations, artwork, scores or photos to the JWPRC Online Archive. The archive is a great way to share your knowledge, and you can use the URL on your resume or website.

The Ames Library is delighted to add your JWP work to the archive for you. You will need to send in a signed copy of the non-exclusive agreement, giving us permission to put your work online. You still maintain copyright over your creation. The "non-exclusive agreement form for students" can be found online.

Simply print out the form and send it to the attention of Stephanie Davis-Kahl, 201B Ames Library; you may also send it electronically to sdaviska@iwu.edu

Poster Presentations:  Please fill out the form when you pick up your poster at the Thorpe Center in the library.  Or, download the form below and send it to Stephanie Davis-Kahl, 201B Ames Library.

Oral Presentations:  Please send us a copy of your paper or PowerPoint along with the permission form.

Art Presentations or Music Performances:  Please send us the permission form, and we will be in touch regarding your work before the conference.

Please contact Stephanie Davis-Kahl (sdaviska@iwu.edu) with any questions!
