Overcoming Overeating Mindfully with Missy Smock, Wellness Director

Before you resolve to get back on the dieting rollercoaster, please consider attending one or more of these sessions focused on the importance of eating mindfully. Topics to be discussed over the four weeks include hunger,desire, fullness and satisfaction, emotional hunger, and breaking habitual patterns of overeating.
