The demands of a typical work week often leave little time to consider daily wellness maintenance. The challenge lies in adopting a few new habits—habits that promote your well being.
It’s fun, simple and you’ll boost your energy for the day.
Put on your walking shoes—come on down to Shirk Center indoor track.
Here’s how you play!
- You walk a minimum of 10 laps—1.25 miles.
- For each .25 of a mile (twice around) you receive a playing card.
- If you wish to improve your hand, you can walk additional laps to exchange cards.
- After all have finished their last lap, the person with the best hand will win the grand prize.
Raffle prizes throughout the walk!
