How-To: Fitness Machines

 

The strength training machines in the new fitness center are safe and easy to use, however; they can be intimidating to some. So, whether you're new to machine training, or just need a refresher, below you will find some helpful videos to get you started.  If you have a smart phone, each video can be viewed at the machine itself via the QR codes posted under the identification numbers located on the front of each piece of equipment.
