New Students Welcomed Into Titan Traditions

Illinois Wesleyan welcomed its newest Titans last week, introducing them to the traditions that define campus life ahead of the 2025–26 school year, which begins today.

The schedule for the Illinois Wesleyan University men's basketball team has been released for the season, featuring 25 games with two in-season tournaments, a 16-game College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin line up, and a trip to New York. IWU will kick off the season as host of the Sikma Hall of Fame Invitational the weekend of Nov. 14.

A large class of new students arrived Wednesday at Illinois Wesleyan as the University begins its 175th year. The freshly remodeled Bertholf Commons is a big attraction for new and returning students.

Join your fellow Titans at the State Farm Million Meals Pack Event on Saturday, Sept. 20! Thousands of volunteers come together to partner with U.S. Hunger to combat food insecurity in McLean County and throughout Illinois. Join a group of Titans at the 12:30-2 p.m. shift on Sept. 20.
