As we have entered the snow and ice season, the Physical Plant would like to review the procedures for getting those work orders to us. Please do not put those requests into School Dude. Please call us at the Physical Plant at 556-3066 during our regular hours: Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. After hours, please call Security at 556-1111 for an emergency and they will contact someone from Physical Plant.  

Thank you for your generosity at the Faculty-Staff Holiday Luncheon. We collected $25 and over two large containers of canned food donations for Home Sweet Home Mission, and $634 for Midwest Food Bank.

Students, faculty and staff are invited to attend Illinois Wesleyan's first annual Posse Plus Retreat. Every year, the Posse Foundation leads national conversations about current social justice topics. The goal of the Posse Plus Retreat is to shape the national, local and campus conversations around critical issues. This year’s theme is Hope, Hate and Race in the United States.  This topic will be discussed at 55 colleges and universities across the country with over 6,000 college students, faculty, staff and alumni.

Our retreat will be held Feb. 16-18 at the Lake Williamson Conference Center in Carlinville, Illinois. We hope you will join our Posse scholars, campus student leaders, faculty, staff, Trustees and alumni in this important opportunity to voice ideas and experiences around our racial climate in the U.S., Illinois, Bloomington, and on campus.

Please register your participation no later than Jan. 20, so that we can confirm all event accommodations. Participation is limited to 100 participants; registration will be on a first-come basis.
