"I don't think I could have been on Broadway at such a young age without Illinois Wesleyan's intense music theatre training. The professionalism exhibited by my professors, set a very high standard for myself and my peers and that standard has become what I expect from any theatre experience. The Music Theatre program may appear small but the quality of talent they are churning out is giant." -Bryonha Parham, BFA MT '07 (Serena, The Gershwin's Porgy and Bess-2012 Tony Award winning Best Musical Revival; Sarah's Friend, Ragtime-2009 Broadway Revival) |
