Student Fitness offers students an opportunity to participate in a variety of group fitness classes.  Our goal is to give students another way to improve their physical well-being, and in doing so, have a positive impact on the other dimensions of their total wellness.

Shirk Will be closed May 27th-29th for Memorial Day Weekend. No classes will be scheduled


23rd Annual Wellness Golf Outing!!


All classes are free and open to IWU students.
