Transfer Student Checklist
Welcome Titans! During your time at IWU you will be exposed to numerous resources
that will help facilitate your success. The first of these resources is the transfer
student checklist. This list was designed to assist you in completing all of the tasks
necessary to help you thrive upon arriving on campus in the Fall.
Please review this checklist frequently throughout the summer, and note that activities
are subject to change in response to state, federal, and public health guidelines.
Upon receiving your deposit,* which confirms your intention to enroll, you will be sent an email to the personal email account provided to Illinois Wesleyan's Admissions Office which will include your assigned IWU email address, instructions to set up your IWU email account, and MyIWU login information.
As soon as you receive this email:
- Change the temporary password provided to a private and secure password using the instructions outlined in the email.
- Entering your cell phone number is optional on the password change site. Entering your cell number will allow you to change a forgotten password by getting a text message with a reset code.
