Six students have been selected for the 2022 Robert S. and Nell B. Eckley Summer Scholars and Artists Program, and will receive a stipend to spend the summer conducting research or artistic activity under the mentorship of a faculty member.

The Titan softball team defeated North Central College on May 8 to claim its 15th College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin Tournament Championship. The team will make its 19th NCAA Division III Softball Tournament appearance this weekend.

Illinois Wesleyan Assistant Professor of Nursing Elaine Hardy shared her path to nursing and encouraged others to pursue the profession in a profile that was part of a Pantagraph series highlighting nurses during National Nurses Week. A Bloomington sculptor partnered with IWU instructional professor and director of Merwin and Wakeley Galleries Carmen Lozar and her students to design an industrial figure that was added to a sculpture park in Bloomington.
