With new selections announced this month, a school record total of nine Titans have been named Academic All-Americans by the College Sports Information Directors of America this year. Overall, IWU's all-time Academic All-American list now sits at 142, which is 22nd-most across NCAA Division I, II, and III, as well as ninth-best in Division III. Jacob Taitel ’18 earned a silver medal in the tuba artist competition at the Leonard Falcone International Euphonium and Tuba Festival, held virtually Aug. 7-8.
Taitel is Adjunct Instructor of Tuba and Euphonium at IWU this semester, and a Graduate Student Instructor for the Musicology Department at the University of Michigan.

Open to all students, staff, faculty and eligible dependents: Illinois Wesleyan will host an on-campus vaccine clinic, offering both the Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine.
