All this month, Merwin and Wakeley Galleries, Joyce Eichhorn Ames School of Art Building – Art Exhibits – Extinguishing the Fire by Tom Rice will be on display at the Merwin Gallery until April 3. Posters on Parade by Delicious Design League will be on display in the Wakeley Gallery until Feb. 21.

7 p.m., Beckman Auditorium, The Ames Library – Film: Merchants of Doubt – The Environmental Studies Program will sponsor a free screening for the IWU community of the documentary inspired by the acclaimed book of the same name, co-authored by Founders’ Day Convocation speaker Naomi Oreskes with Erik Conway, which looks at pundits-for-hire who present themselves as scientific authorities to cast doubt on well-researched public health threats.

6 p.m., C101, CNS – 3D: Ho’onoponopono: Native Hawaiian Healing Practices – Francine Dudoit-Tagupa, nurse and director of the Hawaiian Healing Program at the Waikiki Health Center in Oahu, will give a presentation on Ho’onoponopono, the ancient Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness. Sponsored by the Office of Diversity and Inclusion as part of the Diversity, Dialogue, and Dignity (3D) Series.
