3 p.m., Evelyn Chapel – “Illuminating Justice, Inspiring Music: An Afternoon with The Saint John's Bible”: Religion, Music, and the Humanities Series –
The program will feature projected illuminations from The Saint John's Bible, a talk by Jonathan Homrighausen, author of Illuminating Justice: The Ethical Imagination of The Saint John's Bible, and an offering of Christian and Jewish music performed by Cantus Novus Chorale. An opportunity to view the Heritage Edition of the Pentateuch of The Saint John's Bible will also be offered before and after the concert. The Bible, which is the first handwritten, hand-illuminated Bible produced in over 500 years, is at once a retrieval of medieval techniques and a marvelous example of 21st century technology, theology, and ethics.

3 p.m., Hansen Student Center – Q& A with Stevenson Lecture Speaker Theresa Payton – Theresa Payton, one of the nation's leading experts in cyber security and IT strategy, will offer a Q & A for Illinois Wesleyan and Illinois State students. Payton will deliver more formal remarks as part of the Adlai E. Stevenson Memorial Lecture Series at 7:30 p.m. in the Prairie Room of the Bone Student Center on the Illinois State University campus. The title of her remarks is “Hype or Reality? Your Workplace and Blockchain, Cryptocurrency, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning & the Internet of Things.”
