7:30 a.m.-1 p.m., Davidson Room, Memorial Center – Employee Flu Shots – Flu shots are available to employees participating in the IWU health plan, with all costs covered through the plan. Dependents, age 18 years and older, are also eligible for a flu shot at no cost if they are covered by the IWU health plan. If dependents are not covered by the IWU plan, the cost is $30 and payable by check or cash (correct change required) at the time of the shot.

Please bring your BAS card with you so that the cost can be processed by the insurance company. You will be asked to complete a consent form before the flu shot will be administered.

8 a.m., Hansen Student Center – Bone Marrow Donor Drive – Alpha Phi Omega urges members of the campus community to register to be a stem cell donor. Registration takes less than five minutes; a cheek swap will provide enough information to register you as a donor in the National Blood Bank. Donating stem cells can save the lives of people with deadly afflictions such as leukemia, lupus, and other autoimmune diseases.

Parking is located outside of Munsell Hall off of Main street or behind Gulick Hall. You do not need a permit to park in these lots after 5 p.m. There may also be some street parking outside of Pfeiffer on University Street.
